 | Freddy BUACHE : President of the Swiss Cinémathèque
Freddy Buache's trajectory through the world of creation and the arts, consisting of poetry, painting, and especially theatre and cinema, began as an teenager. In 1948 he participated in the creation and the cultural activity of the "Faux Nez" (Fake Noses) theatre troupe. During this venture, he also engaged in freelance journalism and directed personal enterprises such as publishing a literary and artistic magazine. Closely affiliated with the initiators of the Lausanne "Cinema-Club", he acquired numerous contacts in the Parisian circle of the 7th art where several already prestigious personalities welcomed and advised him : Henri Langlois, Georges Franju, as well as various intellectuals involved in the surrealism movement or close to Jean-Paul Sartre. In 1950, he organized with the help of Eric von Stroheim the inauguration of the Swiss Cinemathèque (film archives) in Lausanne. His participation qualifies him as one of the ten founding members. From then on, his personal activity was closely linked to that of the Institution. Being the author of over twenty books which were added to the collections that he managed, proves his passionate interest in Swiss cinema and his fellow filmmakers. He also maintains priviliged relationships with important people in the international cinema milieu, and deep friendships with people susch as Michel Simon, Joseph Losey, and Luis Bunuel. |

 | Maryse LEON GARCIA :
Maryse Léon-Garcia is a screenwriter whose works "Halfaouine", "Les Siestes Grenadines", and "La Vie est Belle" were co-written with their respective directors. She also collaborated with the director Igor Minaev on the fiction Tchaïkovsky. She graduated from the screen writing department at the University of California in Los Angeles and is the author of a manual on "how to write your first screenplay" (published by Dixit). She has also had several interventions as a script doctor, and on occasion runs screenwriting workshops as was the case during a three year period at the French Cinemathèque (film archives). |

 | Pierre CHEVALIER :
Perre Chevalier was born in 1945 in Lyon, France. After philosophy's studies, and the viva voce of a Master's thesis named "The notion of power in Machiavelli", he enters the Ministry for the Arts in 1975. He is appointed head of the Aid for the Creation of the "Centre National des Lettres" départment in 1977. At the beginning of the eighties, he is Chief of the President's Staff at the Centre Georges Pompidou. Then during 7 years, he is in charge of the department of the selective aids of the Centre National de la Cinématographie (anticipated revenues, aid to short movies, etc.). Since 1991, he runs the Unité de Programmes Fiction of Arte france. This Unit, composed of ten or so persons, co-produced about 250 titles including 150 TV films unit (some of them came out on screen, such as "Marius et Jeannette" from Robert Guédiguian, "Le peril Jeune" from Cedric Klapish, "Beau travail" from Claire Denis, or "Ressources humaines" from Laurent Cantet). The Unit has also undertaken about 20 series and mini series among which "Tous les garçons et les filles de leur âge" in 1994, "2000 vu par" in 1997/1998", "Petites caméras", and "Gauche/Droite" in 1999 and 2000. At the moment the Unité Fictions is preparing a collection of 10 TV films entitled "Masculin Féminin" on the theme of parity, as well as a collection in the theme of adventure called "Aux quatre coins du Monde". For the last two years the Unit has been favouring the digital network and furthermore developing a politic of co-production with numerous black African countries. |

 | Peter SCHONAU FOG : Danish director
Peter Schonau Fog was born in 1971. He studied at the Den Danske Filmskole where he directed "Lost" in 1996 ans "One + One" in 1997. "Lille Maensk", his end of studies films, shot in 1999, won the 2000 Grand Prize at the International Film Schools Festival - Henri Langlois as well as the Student Jury Prize. |

Jean-Pascal Marron Managing director of SoloTusk a free-lance multimedia agency. Having spent 4 years at Index+ (since bought by Wanadoo editions), Jean-Pascal Marron founded the agency SoloTusk in order to represente and defend multimedia creators in their relations with producers, editors, distributors and other agencies. With a 30 strong network of free-lancers (graphic designers, illustraters, 3D computer artists, script writers and musicians) SoloTusk puts creators in contact with potential clients, and accompanies people with orginal projects in their development. |

Jean-Marc MOLINES : Multimedia author
Comedian and director, he played in burlesque gestural Theatre shows with the Compagnie du Théâtre de La Mie de Pain through France, Europe, Canada and Africa. Author of songs, theatre plays, stories and books, he was edited, amongst other, by Hachette Jeunesse. Since 1997, he has dedicated himself to multimedia writing with projects such as "Le Pays de la nuit", "Kaloko", Entre la Pierre et le Temps", "Le Vol des Sorcières". |
