A room with sandhills is a short experimental film shot in Japan. It is based on dreams and automatic writings, and is constructed with the logic of dreams. Primitive emotions and symbolic associations unite the images of dreams to tell a story about self-discovery.

Director : Kyoka Tsukamoto
Kyoka Tsukamoto was born in Japan where she studied metal sculpture. She lives in Canada since 1996, studies film at Ryerson Polytechnic Univerty. She also directed three 16 mm short-films.
